Television host Judy Finnigan made headlines when she dramatically lost five stone in weight.
But her daughter, Chloe Madeley, 30, told MailOnline that her famous mother wasn’t even trying to lose weight and says it all happened rather naturally.
Fitness fanatic Chloe, said: ‘Her palette is changing as she’s getting older and I think she was always a kind of meat and potatoes kind of girl.

‘I actually haven’t had anything to do with it.
‘I was as surprised as anyone else when I opened the fridge on coming home on the weekend and saw superfood salads and soups, I thought, what the hell is going on!’
Chloe previously said on Loose Women that her mother had absolutely no interest in being trained by her.
She told the show: ‘No. You learn up as you grown up that your parents are adults too. They are stubborn.’

Chloe, who guest starred in MTV’s upcoming Ex On The Beach: Body SOS, admitted she knew how much people wanted her to transform her parents.
But she said it’s just not the case and maintained her famous parents were ‘fine the way they are’.
She added: ‘I think because of the connection my parents and I have and what I do now people so desperately want me to turn around and be like “yes I’m training my mum and dad” and then do some crazy before and after of them.
‘Heart disease runs through my dad’s family so he’s been eating healthy for a long time now. My mum has naturally got to that place too, they don’t need any help from me, they’re fine the way that they are.’

The former Dancing on Ice star has had a rather busy few months, releasing her debut fitness book – The 4‑Week Body Blitz – in December.

Having previously spoken about marriage and kids with her sportsman, Chloe seemed more relaxed about her future with the rugby hunk, explaining that they’re in no need to rush and ‘one day the discussion will be had’.
She continued: ‘James is focusing on his rugby and the Six Nations and he and I haven’t even really spent much time together in the last couple weeks.’
‘I do think that in some point in the future we will probably try and figure out what we’re doing, but I think right now, what we’re doing is work, he’s focusing on rugby and I’m focusing on the book and the fitness’.

The gym bunny got rather candid with The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine at the beginning of February, telling the publication that the energetic couple have sex ‘every night’ which she described as ‘normal for us’.

She said: ‘No I don’t think my mum and dad would care if they knew, I think they’re very aware of how the media works so I don’t think they’d be surprised at an off-the-cuff answer becoming a sensationalised story.’

She was paired with a woman who wanted to achieve the same atheistic look as Chloe, which lead to an intense weight lifting session, and voiced her excitement about seeing the final reveal.
‘I was a personal trainer for a girl who wanted to specifically build muscle and aesthetic goal was the female wrestler physique, so that kind of lean muscular athletic woman, which is kind of identical to my aesthetics goal really.
‘I’m really excited to watch everyone’s individual progress and I could probably learn from it myself. Having thousands of clients via the internet and my book, I’m really excited to see the show’ she concluded.
